Jay and the entire staff at Canal are the best. I've had pets my entire life and I've never seen such a loving caring team of people. Jay goes above and beyond what any other vet I've ever had has done. A few times I've called him in the middle of the night having a nervous breakdown while there was something wrong with one of my babies. It was not something that could've of waited till the next morning and he met me at the office in the middle of the night to check my baby out. He has listened to and answered my million questions. I've never been rushed in and out even when the office is packed. He's just the best, he truly cares about your pet and I love that about him. I wouldn't want the care of any of my three to be with any other vet. The entire staff is great.
